I want to buy the cable, the outer housing (bowden I guess?) and the fittings as well as tools. Does ANYONE supply these? I've searched for hours and can only find manufacturers of complete cables. I just want the material to make my own.

Have to expound on that. He cleaned carbs, it has a stage 2 kit in it. New plugs, just sync'ed carbs. Oil change, etc. Still some hesitation (much less than before). He says it may be normal for the pod filters to create hesitation. Is this true? Or is it just not jetted properly? This guy is a pro, really reputable shop.

It had a dead battery so i charged it and put it back in. Then cranked it up and took a minute but finally started after i gave it some throttle. It ran for a few seconds and died on me. I did this a few times and finally it just stopped starting. It trys to start but won't. What do you think? a starter maybe? but why did it start for a little bit and then quit again? Help please.....

I've got an '82 650 and after giving it an oil and filter change per specs in shop manual, it has a very weak idle even whith choke fully on. If I rev the engine, it dies immediately. Is this an ajdustment issue?

Do I have to keep a motorcycle I just bought if they issued a safety recall on one of the parts. The part can be replaced, however I am still concerned that something else may be wrong with it.

Just bought an older motorcycle for rediculously cheap. I have the title. I didn't realize the guy I bought it from filled out only some of the info and didn't sign it. The info he filled out wasn't even in the right place. I bought it while he was moving out of state and now I can't get in touch with him. So is there any way I can get this thing titled in my name or am I screwed?

I have been playing with the idea of using my annual leave to set up motorcycle tours, primarily on Harley Davidsons through portions of Europe. My idea would be to set up a route, hotels and bikes for english speakers. They would fly in and I would pick them up at the airport act as their tour guide and translator. Everything would be a package price except the plane tickets, fuel, food and beverages.
How would one go about setting up and advertising this.
Would you be interested?

I am an American who has lived in Germany for over 20 years.
I have also ridden my Harley around Europe on my time off for the last 10 years.

Have you conquered your fear of speed especially around corners or is there some fear in reserve? Have you ever had the trouble of considering that there may be loose gravel, oil or a deep pot hole around blind corners causing you to close the throttle?

I am currently in Bangkok, Thailand and would like to see if I can find a good Yamaha Rhino to arrange an outdoor event. A lease or used-car purchase is preferred to a new one.

Thanks a lot.

Im in the market for a full-face street motorcycle helmet and i found a pretty nice, black KBC helmet today for $100 but i see all these others from brands such as Shoei going for $200-$300. Is KBC considered a good brand? Then there's the Bell ones from Walmart for about $80... what about those? I know people always say "you get what you pay for" but as a grad student, i cant pay much haha thanks in advance for your help!
