50cc atv governor?

i recently bought an atv and love it but i drove it full speed and it then bogged when it hit top speed then when it slowed down it worked again.so is there a governor that i can take off or any thing it's a diamo blaze

it is running out of power its only a 50cc outfit not a hotrod.
