You'll have to have more information.

The Blaster has been made for the last 19 years. I believe the green bodywork was dropped from the range in around 2002.

You need to check the engine and frame numbers (don't put them on here though...). Then get in touch with a Yamaha quad dealer and they should be able to tell you exactly when it was built.
