Chinese Yamati scooter with 257cc engine overheating. Replaced temp sensor, thermostat, added second fan .... no luck. Any suggestions welcomed

Water pump?
A guess. I don't know this scooter.

Post your question in the forum at www.scootdawg.com . I have read of others overheating experiences there. Perhaps you can read through the older posts there in the 250cc category and pick up some useful info. While your at it search in Yahoo groups for Chinese scooter forums, there are probably several, a maybe some specific to this brand.

I believe you have an oil pump problem. Oil is no circulating in the engine.
