The rear left wheel is the one giving me trouble. I've had the wheel off and been under the car so I'm sure it can't be anything else. The brakes are good and the car isn't jumpy so it can't be a bigger problem. The parts look reasonably priced online and I don't want to get screwed by a mechanic or an import shop.

The battery light stays on when driving. The Gauges (speedometer, fuel, ect..) don't come on when the car is first started. The door locks don't work fast, when I hit the button they lock or unlock very slowly. What could be the cause of these problems?

My boyfriend jumped the battery with the cables switched, + on the - and visa versa. Since then it won't shift out of 2nd gear. I was told he fried the capacitors on the ECU and the ECU must be replaced. Any help would be appreciated!!

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Trk. WHen I am driving it makes a dinging noise and perdoically a lamp out light will come on and blinks, then go off and stay off. Doesn't do this regulary just interminant (sp) Anyone else have this problem.

all the gears work but overdrive and drive slipout overdrive slips at about 20 mps and drive does the same at about 30 miles

When im driving, the RPM drops from normal like lets say at about 3500 rmp on 5th and suddenly it drops to 0 and doesn't accelerate or go up even when the gas pedal is pressed. sometimes it returns back to normal and other times i have to pul over and shut off then turn back on. is this is a fuel filter problem or a major problem. it is a 6 cylinder fuel injected engine.

it always turns over but sometimes it just wont start. randomly, when its cold or hot. ive been told that its my fuel pump, do fuel pumps just go out? or do they randomly just sputter when going out? its a 89 honda civic by the way. if not the fuel pump what could it be??

I'M TRYING TO FIND WHERE THE FUSE IS FOR THE CRUISE CONTROL, I KNOW IT'S LOCATED ON THE PANEL NEXT TO THE DOOR, BUT THEY'RE ALL MARKED 15.20. OR 25. i called an exhaust dealer awhile ago and got a quote to straight pipe my truck. (i called 3 i mean) the first one was $195 the second was $200 and the third was $250. this included dual piping straight piping both pipes and have big tips put on them. do those quotes sound like resonable prices for having that done on my 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer??

The "4WD" indicator does not illuminate; however, when 4DW "low" is engaged, the vehicle appears to be operating at the appropriate low gear ratio - except that the front wheels do not turn. I took it to a mechanic who said that the transfer case appeared to be fine. Hubs, perhaps? How much of a pain in the rump would it be for me to repair this myself, considering that I am a mechanical idiot? Thanks in advance.

I went to a Jiffy Lube, and they apparently cross-threaded the oil pan. The dealer is telling me replacement will be $960.00.....this seems to high to me. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks-
