sounds like you can goto summit racing and order cam gears to adjust the timing and such. There is also a apexi controller and similar products that allow you control the rpms on your engine through the computer.

change the gear ratio in the rear end to a higher gear, providing it is a rear wheel driven vehicle. you don't actually do any changing of parts to the engine.
