About half the size of a beer can. It's underneath the van about mid-way between the wheels. I believe it's on the passenger side but might be wrong on that.

FUEL FILTER ON YOUR VEHICLE SHOULD BE UNDER THE VAN JUST IN FRONT OF THE REAR WHEELS
COULD BE EITHER PASSENGER OR DRIVERS SIDE
IT IS CYLINDRICAL IN SHAPE AND HAS A BRACKET THAT BOLTS IT UP UNDER THE VAN
CAUTION....IF IT HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN REPLACED BEFORE NOW IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT THE BOLT HOLDING IT IN WILL BREAK
EXTREME CAUTION-FUEL WILL LEAK OUT WHEN YOU DISCONNECT THE LINES.....KABOOM!
