Not to be a wise guy, but more than the car is worth. You would need the transmission of course, a new flywheel, clutch and pressure plate and throw-out bearing, all the linkages for the clutch and shifter, probably some bracket fabrication, possibly different drive shafts, exhaust, the list just goes on and on. The only economical way you could do it would be to buy a donor car and do all the work yourself, but you would still probably tie up a couple thousand dollars and a lot of your time. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is just too many differences to make this a cheap and easy bolt in job. Sorry, HTH.

If you can get another car with all the manual parts and have them there to exchange from then go ahead. The only time I ever changed one over was a 1956 Olsmobile. I put in the clutch pedal assembley, changed over the steering column, they only came as three on a tree back then, but I got all the parts for $100 and it took me a weekend. I got them from a salvage yard. I was lucky that everything bolted up fine, all the cross members and frame holes.

Best bet would be to go to an auto dismantler and find one with a manual trans. Then remove all the parts you need. this way you would not have to figure out or make parts. Cost would be for parts about $300-400 or more if you can get new ones not counting labor.

Probably more than the vehicle is worth, financially. But, if it has significant emotional worth, around $3500.00 US. You'll need to change the transmission mount, I think. Still, Lancia is a fine automobile.
