This was a six car accident and I was car number five. Most of the cars were towed away and no one was seriously injured or treated at the scene. The accident took place in 2005.

I wan driving on a one lane road and heading towards an intersection when another car failed to stop at a posted stop sign and went across my car, and we collided. The front bumper of my car ran into the rear passenger door of his car and got badly damaged. I would like to know in situation like this, how likely will i be able to claim the whole compensation from the other driver's insurance company? If the other driver denfend for himself saying I neglected and hit into his car, how am I supposed to do? Your advice and help would be highly appreciated.

My dad helped me get a car and he got one for me in KS 30 days ago. He registered it there but I live here in FL and I was wondering if I have to re-register it again when they drive it down here or is it ok to have it registered there for a whole year and drive it here. But im planning on getting a FL car insurance for it. I just don't really wanna pay another registration fee again that's why I'm asking.

Can I have the repair shop or the insurance company fix these problems

First is that they did not replace a fender that is bent 1/4 inch outward, they repainted it but it is still bent out.

Second is that they were suppose to repair and re-surface the hood. They obviously did not sand the hood as they pointed over pine sap and several chips, there are even some small "pits" that are not covered in paint with bare metal exposed.

The same repair shop also installed a broken headlight with JB weld

Are these reasonable complaints, should they fix them?

We have two homemade teardrop campers, i would like to know if states (TN and NC) in particular require license plates or registration to take them on the road? They are only about 5x9 foot big, about the size of a utility trailer ?

Ok, my truck was damaged front and rear.

Both headlights had fallen out and been damaged, the mounts were broken. So I was looking at the truck after I got it home and I noticed that one of the headlights was not new. So I wondered how they put the old broken one back in. They did so with JB Weld on two of the broken mounts.

I assume that I am rightfully entitled to a new headlight, I have the feeling that the repiar shop ran over budget and tried to cut costs.

Can I do anything about this, surely they cant fix my truck with JB Weld?

Am I liable for any compensation from them due to their sheer lack of service?!

Thanks x

A willow tree fell on my car. It is a 1998 and had 60,000 miles on it. Needless to say, the willow tree did quite a bit of damage to the rear of the vehicle, I am asuming that it will be considered a total loss. If it is considered a total loss, which Kelley Blue Book value do insurance adjusters use when assesing the total loss value? I saw that there is Suggested Retail Value, Private Party Value and Trade in Value.

If someone steals a bike that you are paying off and have put $4000 into payments already. They are fully covered with insurance. Do the the insurance company just cover the cost or cover it and give him what he has put into it back or do they replace the bike...or is he just screwed. Any insurance people out there? Thanks.

MY HUSBAND WAS AT WORK PUNCHED IN ON THE CLOCK WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD HIT THE CAR. WE ASKED FOR HIS INSURANCE INFORMATION WHICH HE DID GIVE BUT HE ALSO ASKED FOR OURS TO SUBMIT IT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
WHY DOES HE NEED MY INFO WHEN THE CAR WAS PARKED AND NO ONE WAS INSIDE. IN MY EYES HE IS REPSONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN DAMAGE HE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BILL MY COMPANY WHEN IT WAS DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING ATTENTION WHILE DRIVING HIS VEHICLE BUT HE WAS WORRIED ABOUT HIS SONS FOOTBALL GAME AND WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION.
tHE DAMAGE IS PRETTY BAD AND i HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD WITH PROFOUND MEDICAL NEEDS AND SHE HAS DOCOTRS APPOINTMENTS EVERY WEEK. iF i HAVE TO MAKE SOEMONE TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO GET HER TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE OR RESCHEDULE THEM WHILE ITS BEING FIXED, IS HE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT AS WELL?
MY INSURANCE IS LIABILITY ONLY SO DAMAGE TO MY CAR WILL ONLY BE FIXED BY HIS INSURANCE. I AM JUST WORREID THEY WILL BILL MINE FOR HIS MISTAKE.

I been paked in a night club in a "private section" of the parking lot. There is a place where the security gays put cones to avoid everybody parks there. I went to fix the owner's computer and of course they let me park there. When I finish and went to my car (a 2 months old, brand new Toyota Highlader) I discoverrd it has been hit in a hit and run event. The security gays of course did not say anything positive to identify the person who hit my car. The place have cameras and the owner offer me to see the video tomorrow but the camera probably cannot have the license plate #. What can I do? There is a so bad dent on the front bumper and the right front fender and the back right fender too. I did't call insurance or police since the other vehicle was not on scene. Any advise please?

I was recently involved in an auto accident in which my vehicle was hit in the rear by the front of another vehicle causing damage so severe that to repair it would cost more than the blue book value of the car. Now,my car is totaled, and the other driver's insurance is only accepting 50% of the liability when clearly they are responsible for the whole 100%,and I don't understand why.

My mom was hit head-on by a teenager without a license or car insurance going 60mph. My mom was driving 50mph. Both cars were totaled. The teenager was at fault.

Our insurance company reimbursed my mom for her car. My mom was in the hospital for over a week, and was bed-ridden for more than a month.

She has extra "Uninsured Motorists" coverage but our insurance company doesn't want to give her any of her "Uninsured Motorists" coverage.
How can she get her uninsured benefits? What is the most effective way to go about this?

Thanks!
