Call the police department to file a report. Sometimes they do not take them if it is private property - but call them anyway.
Then call your insurance company. If you have collision coverage - that will pay for the damage to your vehicle less your deductible.
In some states - a hit an run property damage claim can be filed as an uninsured motorist claim.
Your agent may be able to give you specifics on how things work in your state.

since there is no witness at all, i bet police officers can only hear your plea and file the report. so the best solution for that is your insurance company to answer your problem, BUT this depends on what kind of insurance your car is being insured as there are systems of car insurance; either your car is insured: 1) if hitting things like house, blocks, fence, buildings and the like; 2) if hitting a person (injured or died); 3) hitting a car; 4) self car insured (this means the insurance company will pay any damages to your car incurred even if you crashed your car, slipped away into the paddies and car get damaged, car was scratched due to hitting your own garage, and the like.
so try to choose of the above mentioned in which part your car is insured. as this is our ruling about car insurance in our country. and i'm not sure if this apply also in your place/location. check it out.

This is a civil matter, I doubt you will be able to find them, and I doubt you will find the matter reported. That is your best bet, though, oddly. Call 311 and ask about damage reports at the mall, and get a copy if you believe its your event. It may cost up to $10. It will be downtown, typically, at Muni Court., or the Police Department will have it. No official will be much interested, but it may be pursued if the owner demands it. Then, again, if you make good, the prosecutors will treat him like he's crazy. They will never file on you if you do that...waste of time.

well the police can't really do anything since it was a hit and run and u don't no who it was but they can put it on file and i don't think the insurance Will pay for it...so there ain't really anything u can do....i no this because about 2 weeks ago me and my bro was parked and went n the mall and came back out and my car had been hit and they runned and i called the police and they said that they really couldn't do anything but put it on file because its like a very slim chance that they would find out who done it

I'll bet the insurance company will want a police report, it would be a good idea to call the police department where the incident happened for further advise.
