Send them a copy of the written workers comp denial. Call your health insurance company to find out who you would send that letter to.

There are several reasons why workers’ comp claims are denied and you have to find it out. Some of the reasons for denial include the following: • The injury was not work-related (either it wasn't caused by activity on the job or it didn’t happen during work-related duties). • The injury was due to your work for another company. • You do not need medical treatment to recover for your injury. • You do not need time off work because of your injury. First, you’ll need a lawyer, preferably someone familiar with worker’s compensation claim. Through him, you need to request a hearing before the Workers’ Comp Appeals Board (WACB) to get the insurance company to accept your claim. You have to file an Application for Adjudication of Claim to get a worker’s comp number.

I am a w/c adjuster. What is your injury and what was the wording on the denial? There is a State of MN number on the NOPLD (Notice of Primary Liability Determination) form to call and the sooner you do it the better.

If you were hurt on your job. Workman's comp can not deny your claim. Even if you tested positive for drugs. There all kinds of attorneys that handle Workman's comp claims I suggest you talk to one of them. most of the time they will offer free consultation.
