I am selling a car for cheap and a county commissioner wants to buy it. what do you think this means? would you agree to a sale for it to him?

I kinda got into a bind , and i have a 2001 chvy impala that i am trying to sale , it is a good car , but i lost the title a while ago, the is no liens and im just wondering if anyone know a dealer that i can sell to ,with out having the physical title maybe with a bill of sale

The other day I was out running errands and I saw the strangest looking vehicle I'd seen in years. It was tiny, carried only two people, and had only one front wheel like a tricycle, but was running on gasoline. I would like to know if anyone knows what this vehicle was, if they are capable of highway speeds, if the law allows them on highways, and where I might acquire one. The thing was dorky looking as anything, so I imagine they must be cheap, and it was tiny so it should be fuel efficient. The reason I ask is that I am on disability with a very fixed income and am in need of a fuel efficient form of transportation. I considered a scooter, but you can't use them when it gets cold or rains. If I could find one of theses things for sale, it would solve so many of my problems. Can somone help me out?

I recently purchased a truck two weeks ago and was just in an accident a few days ago which I'm not at fault for. The truck cannot be considered totalled but basically I want a new truck because of the damage and the fact that it's new. I also just recently found out that the dealership broke the contract they made with me. If they broke the contract can I return the truck, or trade it in for equal value even though it was just in an accident but they broke the contract?

And for that matter, why do the companies come out with 08's at the beginning of 07? The car is actually a year older than you think it is!

im a student and some stuff came up so i can't work as much as i used to. i have a car loan and the payment is 500 a month. if i only pay 100 a month but pay that each and every month could my car get repossed. i know im gonna get raped on interest and late fees but i want to keep a car for going to school.

3 months ago i bought a car from a local dealership, my credit is nit so good so i put two thousand dollars down! anyways my question is this i have put so far three grand into this car plus another grand in repairs and the car still isnt running , my macanic says to take it back that the car is not worth it, but i have invested so much in it already . what are the chances that they will work with me and let me trade it for a car that runs better? any input sure would help thanks!

I just got a $6500 used car loan from wells fargo. I't wil be difficult for me to pay the registration fee (the tax is like $480). Do I have to pay the same amount in registration fees next year? WIth the tax on it? And my other question is, is if I say i bought the car for 4000, will the dmv know that i paid 6500 since i have a loan on it. Do they get info about how much my loan was?

It is white, 4 door, CD Player, great mileage. Unfortunately I was in a fender bender that ended up having to fix the front bumper and I was t-boned on the drivers side. Neither accident resulted in injury of anyone, so they obviously werent that bad. Both issues were fixed and the car runs perfect. It has about 35K miles on it and tinted windows. I'm trying to sell it to have money for a down payment to buy hubby a new truck for our anniversary:) Plus, I dont really like it, too small for me! It was purchased as a temporary ride, since I was deploying and I didn't want to buy anything too nice just to have it be in storage for over a year! I appreciate any help!

how come cars don't last forever ? every year they advertise new cars not every body cannot afford them. or their credit is not good. how can you get a new car if your credit is not good how do you make your credit good to get another car.i have 3 more yrs to pay my car off untill i get another one. can i sell it while im makein payments on it. what can i do.

If you had to choose between the two, which would you buy?

i like both cars alot but i really cant decide on which one i want to get. im looking for a fast car because i got the need for speed so the gto is very fast at 400 hp compared to the 238 hp of the rx8 but im also looking for overall looks as the rx8 looks better both from the outside and inside and especially with the suicide rear doors.

so help me decide, which do you think is better overall and why?

I have been searching for a 1999 Toyota celica with all the options but without success. I found a 1994 that has everything I want plus only one owner. Right I'm buying a red ford fiesta 2002 the new shape has 14 miles on the clock.

How can I find out if the milage is correct?

I am planning to purchase a car with a capital one loan check. is this the same as me using cash to buy this car. Also if it is the same as cash and lets say the car cost 20000 how much should i look forward to paying if this check is the same as cash.
