I'am searching for a used vehicle and I really want and need one that is very reliable for a used car meaning it is able to get me from A to B without many complications. My price range is $1000-$3000. Any suggestions? Much Appreciated!!

i bought a car on June 5th this year ( 200-7-) Now i pay around 425 dollars for it every month , and as per insurance around 198 .
i make around 750 dollars a month .

i am doing this because i want to be independent from my parents. If i don't start somewhere then i will never be on my own . anyway emotional stuff aside..hehe.

When can i refinance my loan , currently it's around 6-7%
I think my credit score went high , my equifax is 669 , when i checked right now on creditinform.com.

I have chase bank , you think they can lower it ?
do you know how much lower they can go ? around 300 maybe?

i am goin to take defensive driving class also , i heard that saves a lot of money also on insurance..

I had the money for the first car payment and due to a hold put on my bank account had the payment returned. The thing is that I was told that the hold was lifted in time, but the place that financed my car said they didn't care and are coming to pick up my car anyways. Thinking about it now the cars gas mileage doesn't really fit into my budget, and I'm going to go ahead and let them pick it up but is there any way I can get my down payment back?

I am looking for a new car and would like a little help. I would like some information and opinions on the 3 cars I am considering. I am considering a Ford Mustang 96-02 models, the Ford Probe, and a Honda Civic from the 95-04 models. I would like information conserning gas mileage and overall quality of the cars. Insurance is not an issue as I have gotten quotes on all these cars and they meet budget costs. Any help is appreciated.

Okay here is the deal. I want to sell my car. It is worth more than what I owe on it. So, I can profit off of it (good down payment on newer car) and pay it off. Is it legal to say "You will get the title after I take your money and pay the car off."? And how can I do this without soundng mistrusting? Just tell them I am selling it for what I owe on it? I will write up (or print off) a bill of sale for it, but how can I put that in there about the title? I know there are millions of people that do this to avoid losing their vehicles, etc. So many questions, I know but I want to make sure this is clear, easily understood, and legal. Thanks in advance!!

I would like your professional opinion on which car should be my first car. The coices are: 1. A 1968 VW Beetle, runs decent, needs a tune-up and a couple of minor quick fixes, lacks heating. Outside is in good condition, with new paint job. Priced at 1100 or best offer. or 2. A Chevy Cavalier (not sure which year yet, before 1995), doesn't have transmission, not very appealing (dents, scratches, and whatnot). Cheap price tag (500-800 dollars). Please help me out. I was leaning towards the Bug but the heating issue is a big disappointment.

As in someone traded it in for one of the dealership's cars and now they want to get it off of their lot because people generally don't go looking for Mazdas at a Chevy dealership?
Will they give you a better deal than if you went to a Mazda dealership looking for a Mazda?

I'm thinking about buying this car from a second owner and when I did a carfax, it said this:

Title issued or updated
Duplicate title issued

Should I be worried about a duplicate copy of the title? If I buy a used car, should I get two titles? I'm new to this whole car thing and imagined buying a car, getting a title and then having some guy show up saying he has a title too and that I'm driving his car.

I bought a used Nissan 350Z about a 5 weeks ago...it turns out the car needed new brakes...all 4 brake pads as well as the 2 rotors in the front...the parts were really expensive since it needed specific parts...the total for the brake work was $600. It also needs an alignment and new tires...the warranty I purchased at the dealership does not cover this. I really don't want the car anymore, and I believe I was cheated and scammed...I know used cars are sold "as is" but come on...are they suppose to tell you or at least fix such basics as brakes...these guys sold me a car without brakes...how dangerous is that. Any advice on what I can do? I really want to give the car back without it hurting my credit since I have good credit for a young person.

I am going to be purchasing another car soon and i don't know what to get....I am going to be spirited driving and canyonn racing so i want a car that can do that and keep up...i want it to have a nice ride but a stiffer suspension.....it needs to have over 220 HP ppreferably more...but it can be 2 or 4 door (i would like 4drs better)
