Your bank owns the Benz...

Corvette is cheap n nasty - unless you get a Z06

If you cant afford the repayments on your A-class Merc, how do you think you will be able to fill-up your mummy's corvette?

What the hell? I don't' get it. . .If you won't let them pay for your car now, why would you let them pay in three months? Also, do you think people should just give you things. . . ? I'm sort of confused. Seems like you have the right idea on trying to pay for things yourself. Just either sell your car now, and get the Corvette you want, or refinance the current car. You can get a small payment over a long term so you can manage it and just pay for it yourself.

You should try to handle paying for your own car. A corvette is something to covet later in life. In another year or two you will either be in college or working for a living or both. Keep your eye on the ball and get a simple, economical car like a Honda or Toyota and try to pay for it yourself. Trade in that expensive Mercedes before you hurt your credit. Your parents will probably be grateful and respect you for it.
