Do these middle class people have 0 children, 2 children, 8 children? Do they want to take the vehicle off-road? Are they looking for fuel economy or power, or both? Do they travel a lot?
You have to be a bit more specific when you're in the market for a major purchase like a car than just "middle class people."

There are many vehicles that come to mind. Here is just a short list;

Chevy Impala
Ford Fusion
Dodge Intrepid
Honda Accord
Toyota Camry
Chrysler Caravan

Of course, any car would have to be affordable, reliable and meet the needs of your family.

Good luck.

I'd recommend Honda Accord and Toyota Camry for most families.
