My van blew a head gasket and it will cost more than it's worth to fix it. In other words it's junk and needs to be towed away to a junk yard.

It's not paid for so the bank still has the title. When I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy I told them to come pick up the van. Because it's junk they don't want it and won't come get it. Because I don't have the title I can't find a junk yard that will tow it.

The bank refuses to give me the title or tow it away. How do I get rid of it?

which mustang is better and why?

A 2008 Shelby Mustang?
-or-
A 2008 Saleen Mustang?

And what r the differences between them?

Cause im in the market to buy one and I want the top of the line Mustang, and the price doesn't matter.

But what are the prices if you know any of them?

I just traded in my leased car for a used car purchase. I live in Florida, and there is no cooling off period, however, the dealer is saying they are still working on the bank to get me approved. It has been three days (two of them were business days) and I they say they don't have financing for me yet. Because I am a server and my income is difficult to prove.
What can I do, I am over it and want my old car back. I am more angry that they don't even have a finance company for me yet and I couldn't get anyone to call me back until today. Can I demand my car back since there is no financing???

If I sell my car for $6,500 that amount is taxed. What about if I trade it in to buy a new car and the dealer puts it towards the down payment for $6,500? Is that taxable?

I find it interesting that I know half of people who buy used cars and know how to bargain, the other half buys new cars with nothing down and brags about their deal.

After watching Dave Ramsey's video on 'free cars', I am wondering how true it is that people who buy new cars take out a 6 year loan, and switch to a new car as soon as it's paid off. It sounds a little exaggerated to me. Forget the part where Dave talks about investing here and there, I just wanna know, for people who buy new cars, how long do they (or plan to) keep the car?

2004 Acura TL with one owner (per Carfax) and 32,000 miles for $24,523. That price is everything - title, plates, whatever else goes into it.

I'm a bit worried because the brakes seemed a bit shaky and the transmission seemed harsh when shifting (as in when I floored it). But everyone says these cars are very reliable. I get balance of manufacturers warranty and the certified 7 yr/100,000 mile warranty. I'll pay about $450 over 72 months.
