I thought the legal limit was 16? Well anyway take Drivers Ed and have someone take you driving, after you've accomplished your Drivers Ed hours and have practiced with a licensed driver get your license. That's the best way to do it. Drivers Ed normally will cost you like 50 bucks.

specify where you live first but in New York you can get a full license at 17 if you take drivers ED

either a) get the parent (self teach) kit or b) wait till ur 18.
