What are they? You didn't say. But to maintain your car some things that will help see if they are on the list:
1. regular oil change.
2. keep tires at right pressure.
3. keep coolant level constant, once a year flush cooling system and refill with fresh coolant.
4. Wash regularly and keep waxed. That is for finish.
5. Keep correct level of brake fluid in master cylinder
6. Keep correct level of power steering fluid in power steering
7. Keep all ball joints CV joints, Universal joints greased.
8. Once a year have wheel bearings checked and repacked with fresh grease. At same time check brake pads or shoes.
9. Do not park in direct sunlight if can be helped.
10. Any time drive through water have all joints greased and wheel bearings greased.
11. Check all belts or poly belt if just one belt.
12. Check all hoses radiator and heater
13. Locate and tighten any loosen bolts causing rattle.
14. clean battery terminals.
15. keep doors and door locks lubed with graphite lube.
16. Keep radiator clean.
