Infiniti Dealer charged me 1500 dollars for a part that's $900. I called about 10 different dealers and they all had the part in the 900 ball park. What do I do?

Dealers set their own prices! If a dealer wants to charge $400.00 for a spark plug, they have the right to do so. Of course they will not sell many spark plugs at that price.

You should have checked the competitors prices PRIOR to purchase!

Should have called around first. You might be able to return it, and they may charge you a 15-20% restocking fee.

Did you get that quote in writing?

Also, was there any "add ons" to this part, such as a gasket kit for windshield; frame for a stereo faceplate; that may also affect the cost....

Call Infiniti customer service.... if they truly ripped you off they may be able to help.
