Is it possible to go to the counsulate and sell it there?
Do is HAVE to come back to the US to do this??

So if it's possible "By Owner" then how do I do that? I'm looking for a more complete answer.

You will have to come back to the U.S. for that transaction.The car is registered in the U.S. so if you don't want to get into a real mess.Do not even think about it.The Consulate is not in the used car business.I just can't wait till I read some of these words of wisdom that is bound to appear on here.By the way,I was a cop in San Diego.

Just do the "For Sale by Owner" thing. Just make sure they pay in U.S. dollars and not pesos and tortillas, lol.
