The total was $9000. i dropped $3000 for a down payment. My monthly payments were 125 for about 4 years. Now it is 159. I have never missed a payment. My interest rate is pretty high. It's 22%. My balance has been under 5000 since the first year i purchased it. Should i still be paying for my bike 6 years later? If not what kind of legal actions or anything can i do? Thank you

My father made me a deal. He told me if I get a full ride scholarship to college he would buy my the car of my choice. I have narrowed it down to 3 different models. I would like to know what car you would choose. I don't want you to pick one because it cost more. I would like your opinion on quality, handling, and the other goodies. My choices are the 2008 BMW 328i, 2008 Acura TL, and the 2008 Volvo S40.

We noticed the service history book was not with the car, told by salesman they have it but would find it and send it to us, weeks passed nothing from the garage we contacted the manager he said he would look into it, more time passed so we contacted BMW uk and asked them about the cars history they sent us out a list of dates of when the car had work carried out, before coming to Scotland the car was looked after by a BMW garage in England, so we contacted them and they informed us they only carried out 3 servises on the car meaning the car has a missing oil service between 30000 & 60000 miles told our dealer about this they say they had spoken to the other garage and they told them they had done the missing service and would send a duplicate service book stating this but it arrived with the servise in question missing, they still tell us they have no record of this service but our garage is telling us they did do it and are now getting irritated by us wanting to get it sorted. HELP?

We own a 2001 jeep cherokee it needs to have to engine overhauled. The cost of the repair is $3000 - $4000. The car is only worth about $3000, but we still owe $6800. What makes better sense financially, repairing the car, or paying it off and buying a new vehicle?

This is my personal opinion: If gas prices keep going up and up which looks like that's the case for now, I think the only solution will be to each of us start investing in a hybrid/electric car. Personally, my next purchase will be a hybrid car that takes 60+ MPG. I think it's about time we start loosing the love to buy big SUVs and other Low Gas economy cars and invest in something that will save us possibly hundreds of dollars of gas now and in the future. What are your opinions?

Right now I have a 1979 Dodge Ram Charger but its too rusted. I want a 1990s model like it (Bronco, full size Blazer, Ykon, etc). Should I look at a K1500 Blazer with 290,000 + miles? I assume with that many miles, the engine has been reworked/replaced, the current owner doesnt know. Is it worth investigating? I just want it for weekend work and hauling a bit (like my dogs), not a daily driver.

I am buying a used car in Georgia, it failed emission inspection, what should I do now? The car failed the inspection on 06/01/2004, 12/30/2005, 12/29/2006, 03/14/2007. However passed on 01/21/2005, 01/03/2006.
So is the seller's responsibility to fix this problem, or how much it will cost me to fix it.

My car is 6 years old and have had it since new. Alas engine problems are now showing and my boyfriend suggests getting a new one. What are your thoughts? Can you really win financially or is it a case of sometimes spending out on faults instead of financing a new car each month( which is also costly)

I would like to trade in my 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT for the 2007 Dodge Charger or Magnum SXT. Problem is my loan payment is at 19500 payoff and the value is already at 13100 tops. I am afraid if I wait too long its value may be unrecoverable. Any help here would be prime.

This was about a week later. they kept it to repair and it needed a new computer they said once they were giving it a lube job. Then they ordered a generic one, that didnt work. so they ordered a factory one, and tryed to smog it it still wouldnt smog. okay so they had it for two weeks at this point. they were going to try smogging it again and we said we will take it and bill them, so my husband can drive it. they said okay.well, it still didnt smog. the smog people said you have to drive it at a certain speend and for so long, with other things to do. okay my husband followed all directions. it still wont pass smog. its been three weeks. they will not give us our money back NOR give us the name or phone number to the dealer OWNER. I called today and fussed about it, and the gen manager says they cannot sell a car without the smog. I said then why did you, he hung up. we cannot ...
