Buying & Selling - January 2007

I almost bought a car today until at the end they slapped on a $599 dealer fee on top of tax, title and registration. They told me every big dealer in FL (by law) charges at least this on every car. The car I wanted was only $6000, so when they wouldn't budge on the fee, I walked. Is there any truth to what they told me?

Anyway, I don't recommend this dealership (Maroone). I've never dealt with more unprofessional, double-talking people in my life. I was even lied to about the car I first inquired about just to get me down there.

Two days later I see the exact same car ( same VIN) advertised on the same dealers web for two thousand less than they sold it to me. Do they need to honor their advertised rate at this late date?

I have had nothing but problems with the car and whilst the garage are always polite they do not seem capable of fixing the motor..what do I say or do.The problems I am complaining about are covered by the warranty. I have had second and third opinions and both agree that there is a prob...the garage is denying a prob..can i have it repaired elswhere under the warranty?

we were working together and living together and i was like why not (stupid) right after i co-sign we had a fight and went on our own ways she said she took me off even before the car was taken out 7 years later the bank is calling me i own 8,000 doll . i have no way to reach her noe her mother who is suppossely the main co signer. i have nothing to do with this i barely have any money for me how am i suppose to pay for something i have nothing to do about how can i get out of this hell

i thinking of getting a car, either an suv or sedan.
i want to know which is better?

i dont compare space, ground clearance, fuel consumtion, high speed conering.

i just want to know which is more COMFORTABLE to sit and drive on MINOR uneven NORMAL roads (not off-road)? which will absorb the shake better?

example: (sorry if i make wrong comparison)
honda crv or honda accord?
toyota harrier or toyota camry?

i give the example due to their similar price and the same engine cc.

I bought a new 2005 RV and it has been back the the manufacture 4 times for the same problem and they just want to fix it.But I told them just pay back or give me another one.Well they won't budge.I only have two more yrs. on the warranty then it's my fix and my money after that.No I'm going to sell it ,because I 'm not going to put someone else in my position.I want a damn good attornery to make them take responiblity for their product.Please no dump trucks.

I purchased a honda spyder and it is being shipping from Utah, I am using a shipping company .. however, when I look online the 'estimated arrival date' has gone out 2 days from what they quoted me? I have my first Motorhome. Dunno why, just bought it. What do you Motorhome folks do with these things.
