I have my first Motorhome. Dunno why, just bought it. What do you Motorhome folks do with these things. What are the good clubs to join and why, do people sell lots around the country where you can park and set up for a few weeks? Where are good places to stay, good websites, good forums, and groups to join to get with it.
Please and thanks

If you're roaming the countryside, Sam's Clubs and Wal-Marts will let you park in their parking lots for free. You need to be fully self-contained as they don't offer any hookups, but you can't beat the price.

The Good Sam Club (not related to Sam's Clubs) offers guides for members that list their campgrounds all over North America. AAA also offers guides to members and sells them to the general public. There are dozens of others as well. Just google "camping" or "campgrounds" for thousands of hits on potential information.

I don't have a motorhome, but I think people who bought it would treat it as their new home, or drive it across the country during summer time.

If there is a lot of open space outside your home, parking shouldn't be a problem. Yet, those who bought it as their home would park it at a motorhome park, where they would get unlimited electric power and water (these two are the most important things to maintain if you are out there for a long period of time.)

Bet John Madden could give you a better idea on what to do with a motorhome and where to park across the country ;P

Dont know why you bought it? ,how about having fun driving round busy city centers or trying to get great gas mileage on a high speed drive. When you get bored with this you could try setting fire to dollar bills.
