They are a listing service.

Choose your state and closest major city on the right.

Then select the cars+trucks link.

This will help you with all current market values on vehicles. For $1000.00 just keep your eyes out around town. Seem there are always used vehicles for sale in empty lots around town. Use Kelly Blue book to see if you are paying too much or not on what you may find. Good luck.

Good Luck finding a running car for 1000.00,much less an import..It just don't happen now days!
