I paid over 10,000 cash for the car, got a bill of sale. got 20 cay temp plates, insured car but seller still has not sent title. He states he paid the bank loan off but they had to wait ten days, etc etc. It has been one month. my temp plates expired and I sold my other car and can not drive legally. What do I do now???? He seems like such a nice guy.

I need a 7 seater with good room and bootspace, after looking around like the Kia Sedona. was thinking of a 2000-2004 model. Do you have any experince with these? How reliable are they, costly to run etc etc. We want the automatic version. Thanks for any thoughts!

If you can go in-depth with Displacement CC, Broe x Stroke, Compression Ratio, and more details the better. Thanks in advanced! I'm planning on getting a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander very soon and is very interested in comparing all these factors with an Acura RDX or BMW X3. Thanks!

My car is a 96 Pontiac Grand AM, with 90,000 miles, interior is great and body is nice no dents and four brand new tires and has never been wrecked. But I had to replace the engine and now this engine has a blown head gasket it keeps running hot any and everything that could cause it to run hot has been fixed on this car I have spent over 1200.00 dollars on this I want to get rid of it, the mechanic that head gasket is not severe but.... I don"t won"t spend anymore money on it everyone wants to buy it but I have no idea how much to sell it for.

I have a 1997 toyota corolla dx (121K) to sell. I checked the blue book value and it said a good condition one worth $3800. I also checked some listings on the newspaper and websites. However, I found the price range is very wide. I am so confused and don't know how much is a reasonable price I should ask for. I took to dealer and they said it is a 10 year car and basically they don't buy car that old. It's a very nice car and in very good shape. I really hate to sell at "cash for car" place.
Anyone can give me some suggestion?

Is posting on newspaper effective? I checked craigslist but there are tons of car posted there everyday. The ad got swamped in a second. If I plan to pay some listing fee, which website you would suggest?

I am not in a rush for cash but the insurance is about to expire and if I keep the car for long I will just have to keep paying insurance bill. If you were me, what would you do? being patient and waiting for buyers or just sell to "cash for car"?

I really want to just take the sale and have this transaction done with. They will send me a money order and with the the name and address for the bill of sale.. after I cash the money order I said that the bike could then be picked up... is this suspicious?? i don't know
