Are there any states that generaly have lower prices than the others? Or are the prices same all over US? Thanks for your help

Generally, same all over, other than specialty cars in certain markets, for example 2 wheel drive trucks are cheap in the NE especially this time of year.

The southern states in general has lower used car prices then the norther states and also you want to get a car from a state that is mostly dry and desert or some place where it does not snow a lot or ever as the northern cars may have rust from them salting the roads where as in the south this doesn't happen so the cars body will be in better shape and a more temperate climate is essayer on the engine as well

Generally the same in each state..I don't think there is enough difference to talk about..I look at the markets daily..
As for the savings on taxes in Kentucky, as Dodge Man was speaking of..Taxes has nothing to do with the auto prices..Also,the vehicles have to be taxed and registered in the state that a person resides in.

i own a repair shop,and i have one customer who goes strait to Michigan every 3 years to buy a new one,,she says that the price is always thousands less there than it is in any other state,,i cant verify this,but she is from Michigan,and a retired auto worker, but the last one she bought was a ford focus,,and she said she saved thousands over the actual cost of the vehicle,,so who knows,,i was told once that Kentucky was the best state to buy in because of their lower tax rate,,this could have some truth to it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
