I had a similiar problem with Firestone. You need to call the higher ups- tell them what you want and that you will not accept anything less. They will usually give you what you want just to shut you up. It worked for me. Good Luck!

You must first give the warranty holder the chance to get the repair done under warranty if its covered. If they aren't doing the repair you must get their authority to get the work done elsewhere. If not you would have to foot the bill and negotiate with the warranty holder to recoup the money.
However a great deal of a car is not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items. For instance if the radiator has burst then its just one of those things that are the joys of motoring. Dig into the pocket and pay for it.
Can you give more details as to what the fault is?

Normally you can have the car repaired at any garage that is VAT registered. Check the warranty booklet and phone the warranty claim phone number given in the book
You may be asked by the garage to pay the repair cost on collection and the warranty company will reimburse you providing that they have authorised the repair and given an authority number
This is normal practise

Depends on what your contract says. Have you read it? It will provide a way to appeal the decision of the mechanic. It may also tell you that you can take it to the mechanic of your choice. You need to do some reading.
If you cannot get any satisfaction, call your state attorney general's office. They likely have a department of consumer affairs. These folks will be able to help you more that I can, because they not only know the laws of your state, but have likely dealt with this warranty company before if they treat all their customers like they have you.
Good luck with it.

You'll have to read your warranty to see if you can have it repaired elsewhere.
Some specifics on the warranty language and the problem would help immensely. For example, if you have a six month powertrain warranty and are having a problem with the heater, it's probalby not covered.

Depends on whether it's a warranty backed by the dealer or an aftermarket warrany company. If it's a dealer warranty, you're stuck with the dealer. If it's an aftermarket company that backs it you can go wherever you want. Read your policy, that should spell it out for you.

check the small print on the warranty. It will say if you are covered elsewhere.
