Buying & Selling - September 2006

I am the oldest in a family of 6. My dad currently owns 2 trucks, one the family truck which is a new Ford F-250. The only problem is that my mother is pregnant with another baby, but has a history of having multiples. I will be drving next year, but we will soon be needing a larger veichle. Any ideas? A mini-van is defiently out of the question, my dad wouldn't be caught dead driving one. Thanks in advance!

Situation: Police catches a car. Takes it. Busted driver has no more right to drive. Where does that car go? Evaporates? Can anyone (somehow) own it? Buy that car?

I am interested in an old car on eBay but whats throwing me is that the seller says the title (that he has in possession) is 250.00 more.
I suppose he could have just added that much on the car though. But is it legal to sell titles separately?

I saw a similar question being asked about a car with a few hundred miles. This however is a different story. I am looking at a 2006 Mercury Milan with 2800 miles. The dillership owner has been driving it for awhile, but it still quallifies for 2006 Ford special financing (0% for 72 months) that only new 2006 cars are elligible for. Can depreciation on this car lower the asking price by a couple of thousands, because this is a used car now? Thank you guys!

I keep getting calls from someone calling themselves "Investegater Smith" without giving me any agency or company or department and threating that he alone can charge me with criminal charges. O hid nothing and I've not commited fraud that I'm aware of. What's the legality of this???

The car drives smooth, power everything+remote key&trunk+ alarm and the inspection is due at the end of May 2007 !
It was Inspected in PA(so I think you know that the PA State Inspection is very severe!!!) it has NO RUST!!! It has ONLY 70K!!! It's a SE which is way better on gas than SSE or SSEI and also has plenty of power !! I went on to sign the lease agreement.
I walked out onto the lot only to find my new car with a big crack on the passenger side of the windshield. The cause was an accedent during prepartion for me to take it home. They gave me another car to use while they replace the windshield. Since they are replacing the winshield in the dealership not the factory, Does this affect the value of the car? what are my rights?

I went to buy a new car yesterday. I have it all picked out, but the color I wanted is being shipped to the store and may not be available until Thursday. None of the paperwork will be done until then. They already have my old car, and I am driving a loner until the new one is in. My birthday is also Thursday, and my tag tax is due. Will there be any problems or late fees since this is all pushed to the day my tax is due?
