Absolutely, yes.

Anyone with enough money or credit can buy a car.

yes . you just cant register it. the best way to go is to get a friend that doesnt own allot to register it for you with insurance.

my last car a 1985 plymouth reliant; i bought 4 25 bux. i had to rebuild the carb. i had to put a starter in i painted it a very neutral color (so noone would notice it. especially da man)i had 300 bux in it and drove it for 4 years before i got caught that time. you see i am a rebel. i refuse to be brainwashed by society. a good example is cops! they are indoctrinated. (brainwashed). they also represent a gang.
they kept giving me tickets 4 nothing.. so i quit getting a driver licence quit buying insurance(just think! everyone on the road paying for nothing. if you do have just one accident. then you pay for insurance and you pay for the wreck.)i'm not willing to be a chump. when the states stepped in to the drive at your own risk arena; and forced us to purchase insurance. they should have been there for us when the insurance companies started ******* us.i have been driving 4 13 years without the **** they tell me i must have to drive. i say:"F*CK YOU!!!!! watch me .i drive fine with out being f*cked.when will people look at wats or who is f*ucking them with no reguard for them. look at how many cars are around with your eyes look. think about how much money is being poured into the insurance companys. where does it all go? who knows.!i dont think paper and office equipment is gonna dent that resource oh but wrecks that are paid for.not even a drop. hospitalization. not even a drop. the insurance companys get a special rate eh? who would be paying extra to make up for that. you dont even need statistics to know yer ******. you are probably bored with this. think of all the good you could do for you and your family with the graft you must pay all the time. liberate your minds. bye

You may be able to buy a used car from someone, but you will not be able to buy from a lot, though your parents can. When you buy a car from the lot, they require proof of insurance (and insurance companies need proof of a driver's license) to put the car in your name.

Yes, but you won't be able to test drive it, nor drive it off the lot. Better bring your personal driver.

Yes, the Amish do it all the time. They simply have an "English" drive them around in it.

you can buy it, but don't expect to drive it off the lot. dealers will not let you leave the lot without insurance and a DL.
