The mustang I want is probably around 20,000. Right now, I have an 05 Focus that I will be trading in. The focus payments are about 265 a month. I want to stay under 290 for a payment. Do you think this is possible to do?

my dealership is trying to charge me for repairs on a part that's covered under both my thirty-day warranty and my extended warranty. the extended warranty has a $100 deductable, while the thirty day warranty has no deductable. they're saying that my extended warranty is in effect. but here's the thing, according to them, my thirty-day warranty wasn't cancelled, and is still in effect. what's up? do i have any legal recourse here? or am i stuck paying the $100? please supply sources and citations if you've got them. thanks in advance.

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada SUV, and not counting reliability, I love it. It's comfortable and luxurious, functional and rides great, and has a ton of features hard to find on a regular SUV. It's like a mini-escalade. However, it's been in the shop a ton, for a few major things and a few moderate, one of the major things being a major defect in the fuel injection system that GM refuses to recall and rather makes the customers pay for. I test drove a Nissan Pathfinder and a Toyota 4Runner SR5, and the pathfinder doesn't have enough room and rides horrible. The Toyota rides ok but has an uncomfortable seat. Is it worth it to go Japanese next, are they that much more reliable that it's worth sacrificing comfort and ride? Honestly no other truck-based SUV I've ever driven (and i've driven most of them) rides as smooth as my Bravada, but I also want a reliable vehicle. I'm not sure what to chose next. I don't want a car-based SUV so Highlanders, etc are out.

in april of 06 my bf had to get rid of his old car, He BEGGED me to help him get a new car. And got screwed. We got a new car and traded in his car, which he owed about 4 G's more than it was worth. Long story short, I co-signed and he got the car for 26 G's 19% interest rate for 72 mon. this was mainly due to his awful credit, mine was fair (had a score of 640 at the time). Now, I am in need of a vehicle and I was wondering what to expect to pay for my loan. Since co-signing my score took a huge blow, its gone down to 579. I'm paying off a collection, and payed off my credit card. will help that help? plan on getting a 22 G dollar car and plan to put down 5's. will this help with not getting completely shafted on the loan or help me even get one at all? I'm so afraid of getting a no because the other loan is still new. you guys have any advide that would help me get a loan or a half decent rate? been paying EVERYTHING on time, including the car. I plan to buy my car in Dec. HELP PLS!

It is an older Acura Integra 3.2 TL

Kelly blue book lists it for Private Party $8,900
Edmonds Private Party price is $4,162.

That is a big difference...I don't know which is accurate.

Finally Gold NADA lists it fro $7,200.

Any thoughts about what I should offer for it?

I couldn't pass it up, it was only $5.99. I know what you're thinking... it looks kinda cheap, which would explain why I was the only one that placed a bid, but even if it is a tad over-priced I'm sure I'll find some use for it.
