Get another job. I did and got a nice car. Working two jobs is not that uncommon. Maybe your Dad will notice and start paying you a wage. How long are you going to keep working with no retirement plan or credit rating? Is he going to buy you another one in 10 years? Maybe if you told him you want to go back to school and learn a trade he will see an effort on your part to make some changes.

ok this is what you do! it wont be easy but you are going to have work hard for the prize. do whatever it takes without him asking! mow the lawn, take out the trash, wash his car and every little thing you can think of. then after a couple of months then pop the question, how can you refuse a son he has had no problems with.
