keep the camaro, restore it when u have the money or a little bit at a time. Then when it comes time, you can pass a "real" car to your kiddo's. The accord is a car you can get anywhere in the world. Keep the muscle, loose the rustbucket.

Rust costs a fortune to fix, and I would say the Camaro has a much better shot at classic status than the Accord. Even with the recent popularity of racing Hondas, the third generation Accord has not been considered the Honda to have. While 1980 wasn't exactly the hottest year for Camaros, I've heard that body style has been attracting more collector attention now that first generation ones are priced way out of sight.

Well, the Camaro of course is a nice car,but the HONDA is good on gas, mileage and if you need to repair it, the parts are affordable.I think would be a very nice car to pass to your kids!

Keep the Camaro
You don't need a rusted out Honda
It will never last to pass it down.

The rusted underbody is a bad sign. A very bad one. Unless you get it repaired, there won't be anything to pass down.
