Niether. Wait until late 08' and get the all new Camaro for about 20,000. The Dodge Challenger comes out sooner and is about 23,000. The Camaro has a Corvette small block and the Challenger, a Hemi of course. Heres the links to see the pictures

These are cheaper, and will most likely be faster. If you want luxury, get the Bimmer. Speed, get one of the Americans. Vehix.com is great for reviews and comparisons. Hope this helps:)

YES!!! God bless America and our ignorance!!!

The first poster suggests the 350z and then bashes the costliness of the BMW. Ummm....BMWs get FOUR YEARS OF FREE MAINTENANCE. FREE. How much you say? $0. Hey Mandy, go ask your aunt about how her Z's brakes, pads, and rotors will have to be replaced every 10,000 miles due to performance wear. Also, about the rear sways and suspension bits that she will also have to replace soon after. Oh wait! The Nissan dealer didn't tell her about that nor the costs$$$$$ involved? OOPS! Hope she's loaded.

And then the two typical American responces....both of which somehow manage to get the spelling wrong of the word "neither" in two different ways!!! Wow! Now that's talent!!!!

Now that the monkeys have gone back to their cages, the 350z is a performance auto with higher than normal maintenance costs and might be too rough for you as a daily driver. Go take a test drive and search the Nissan forums on how it is to live with the Z. The 3er, I suppose you are talking about a new one, is a lot easier as a daily driver, will run you zero dollars for maintenance for four years (unless you would like to change your oil more often than specified - recommended), and is also top shelf for performance and driving fun.

Go to the dealers. Go to the forums. Test drive. Test drive some more. Ask yourself what are the most important things you are looking for in an auto. Then go get one! Good luck!

Nissan 350 z extra solid extra appropriate looks, handles extra appropriate, factors less complicated to get. purely downer is resale compared to BMW's in lot of places. yet when you are like a large kind of the legion of 280z, 300z and 450z proprietors you'll likely force until eventually the wheels fall off so resale isn't that significant.
