I have agreed to buy a car and the seller is using them. I must send money and have not seen the car or been able to obtain the VIN. Seems on the up-and-up, but thought I'd check.

Lightweight yet powerful 250cc 2-stroke road motorcycles such as the suzuki RGV250, Honda NSR250, Aprilia RS250 or Yamaha TZR250 aren't made anymore? Can someone tell me why this is? Is it something to do with emission laws? Is there technology available to make small capacity two-stroke motorcycle engines burn cleaner, or is it too expensive at present?

If I were to make an appointment with the California DMV today for a Driving Test, how long of a wait time would I be looking at (on average) before I could actually take the test itself?

Also, is there anything I can do by which I can expediate the process? I am in need of a car and license for work purposes.

Up until about 3 days ago, my window rolled up at a decent speed (its automatic). It rolls down just fine but it won't go up very fast and I'm afraid it will die, it's essential that this particular window works as I need to affix a parking permit on it. Is it the regulator or the motor that's going bad and roughly how much would it cost to replace it?

My husband and I bought a 2007 Chrysler 300C SRT Design Group yesterday. We paid cash for it. When they were getting it ready they damaged it! YES...they pushed in the side panel ON THE BODY SEAM. They came in and told us what happened and told us we can drive our trade in home and they would fix the car like new and get it back to us ASAP. We have serious concerns after giving them $40,000 and having never drove the car ( other then test drive) are now receiving a damaged car, albeit, repaired. We had to ask for a loaner and they never offered to get us a replacement car or anything like that. What would you do?
As we think more and more about this, we think that they should get us a car to replace this one. We bought a NEW NOT DAMAGED AND REPAIRED car...shouldnt that be what we get? This car is hard to find, not so hard that they couldnt find one, just not all over the place. It is loaded up with everything except the rear assist. I would appreciate serious answers please.

Last night i was at the movies with some family. When we came out, we were leaving when this white suv, didnt recognize make or model, just backed up so fast and hit my front left bumper and broke my headlights and my car got dented. I think they were drunk because they just started laughing, we could her them, but as soon as they hit us, they went straight and fled. We couldnt reach them in time, but my car got a bad hit.

what can i do now? i wasnt able to get the name, number, license plate number, make, or model. just that it was a white suv with the metal things on the car lights.

im doing this for a friend of mine...he bought a car without a title car cost 600 guy didnt want to go thur the process of getting the title because it was register in florida and im living in the new your area..so the question is i know theres no way i can get the title but i heard if i go to my motor vehicles department and request a salvage title for the car and give them the VIN, and i need to have proof that the brakes and lights work...some please tell me if this will work cause me and my friend are running out of options and will appreciate all the help we can get

I wanted to measure my boat. I was told two different ways. to measure. The first is to measure it from the point in front to the end of the back seat, someone else told me to measure to the end of the outboard motor. How can I get an actual footage? Can anyone help?

On the A14 yestarday, clear and dry. doing about the speed limit... I noticed a slight misfire then nothing.... then a sudden serious lack of power and misfire bad enough to get me off the main road before it stopped all together.

I pulled up, gave it 5 minutes, checked for anything obvious, found nothing and set off again keeping the speed down at about 50/60 max driving back home along B-roads instead (wishing to avoid a breakdown on a dual carriageway) and had no further problems. I got back on the M1, then across to the A1M, and had no problems there either.... but was not about to try my luck.

I'm not loosing water, no scrambled egg in the oil, everything seems normal so what the hell was it ?

Any suggestions or answers welcome.
