I have agreed to buy a car and the seller is using them. I must send money and have not seen the car or been able to obtain the VIN. Seems on the up-and-up, but thought I'd check.

Peter -- I have this really fine bridge in New york City to sell... How do I get it on Ebay so you can buy it---Special Price $500 bucks-- can ya handle it ???
Peter this not on the up-an-up... There are things that are not purchased blindly on the computer... Cars-- Shoes -- clothes -- jewerly -- prescription drugs --
Hey Big Buddy -- send no money till you can drive and examine the vehicle and take it to a mechanic... Before you pay the seller must have the original ar title in his hand with no stamps that there is a lein holder...Check ID to make sure the person selling the car is on the title... Check VIN with the title..

Good Luck -- ok
