I happen to know that other Nissan vehicles carry Sirius and I do not see why I cannot use a tuner from one of those since there isn't a specific one for my car. The dealer and audio shops keep trying to tell me I need to get the external unit. I already have that, besides why put another antenna on my car when it has one built in. I want all the info through my factory radio too. There has to be a way to change the XM unit for a Sirius.

When letting out the clutch, it sometimes shakes, shudders.. vibrates... I've been driving a stick for a while so i know it's not me. I'm not sure, but it seems to be only when the car is cold, hasn't warmed up yet. Anyone have any suggestions as to why it's doing this? It's annoying!

I have always wanted to learn how to ride one. I know how to ride a 4-wheeler. I don't want to get ride of my car, but to buy a used motorcycle to get me to school and work. EVERYONE is telling me I shouldn't, because they are dangerous and I will wreck. I want to get some other views out there maybe from people who actually own bikes. Is the danger worth it? I figure, I'm 23 year old female, if I want one, what's to stop me?

it sounds great like its about ready to start it just doesnt start...like it doesnt sound like the battery,starter,alternator is bad...so idk whats wrong with it...i just bought a ignition coil and that didnt fix it, so what could it be....btw i got a full tank of gas.....
so id say its one of these problems...
timing belt-dont have $ for
new computer for the vehicle-dont have $ for
crankshaft position sensor-got $ for
camshaft position sensor-got $ for
spark plug-got $ for
fuel pump=got $ for


the problem is is that its just not sparking ...so plzzz help i need it fixed..and i dont have $ for diagnostics AT ALL so dont tell me 2 do it

Does anyone know how to use the display button on the stereo of the 2007 Nissan Altima.The book says that if pressed when a CD is playing...it will show the name of the song, the artist, or the album. But when I put in any CD, store bought to bootleg, it recognized nothing. Is there some sort of setup I have to go through to do this? Just curious. Thank you

After I Replaced/ Computer/Starter/Ignition Control Sensor/Spark Plugs/Fuel Filter/ Ignition Wires Set/ Battery
Still Won't Start.... Well To Be Honest With Yall I Did Run
For One Week But It Die on me several times but still start until the last time i drove crossing the rail road tracks it just died completely and after then i replaced the ignition wires
after 5 or 8 times that i tried to start it .. It Blow Out The Muffler When I Try To Start It You Can Only Smell Fuel But Dont Start ... It Spark Of Course But Won't Start ................

I recently went to look at a 2003 Beetle TDI to purchase. While doing my pre-drive inspection I checked the coolant overflow. I looked inside and noticed that the coolant was an orange/red with white bubbles on top. The coolant did not smell like fuel. However, at the neck of the coolant filler I found a goo the consistency of gelatin (before it dissolves in water), and mixed with it was what looked like small metal shavings.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

I have a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 (Z71 package) in need of new shock absorbers. I was wondering if I should stick with the OEM absorbers (which I've heard are actually pretty good) or go with an upgrade. I don't 4x a whole lot nor do I have a lift kit or bigger tires. But I do like quality items and I don't mind investing in my truck a little. So any reccomendations that won't drain my wallet completely?

I left my car's lights on two days ago and had to jump it from a kind passer-by. Since then, my battery light is on the dash, but only under 1000 rpm, if I rev up my engine the light turns off. This last day, the windows (electric) went up really slowly, but so far I haven't had any problems turning on my car.
I replaced my alternator about a year ago, so I'm thinking it might not be that, I'm thinking my battery has gone bad?
Any tips before I get it checked out?

hi i recently ran into someone's bumper on the back..
and i really couldnt pay for her damage yet but
i was wondering how much it would be woth?
there's no big damage and
only thing damaged is that her back bumper
was slightly dented in on the part where screws were
which is like maybe...size of 1/4 of penny
and little paints came off on the place where
plate number hit. would anyone give me basic info on the price? or at least an estimate?

I was teaching my friend how to drive stick so I put it in 4L so it would be easier to get the idea, and when we got going the jeep began to move back and forth as we drove, sort of like bucking us.

What the hell is up?
Is it cuz he wasnt steady enough on the gas pedal?
This only happened at low rpm.

I own a 2001 yamaha riva razz 50cc moped. Right now my blinkers are not functioning properly. They flicker extremely fast and when i am not moving they remain a constant light. I checked the fuse to see if it was blown but it was still ok. I dont know what else could cause this problem. Please help

Hi All-
I live in North Jersey....I need to goto Princeton, NJ (right around the corner from the Princeton Junction Station....) What is the best way to-do this? (aside from driving because US 1 is horrible in the morning) I can get to the Secaucus Junction station...but can I park near that? or would I have to take a Train into that Station?
Anyone do this commute from North Jersey to Princteton?

So I took my car to AutoZone today and had them hook their computer thing up to my car to see what is wrong with it (the Check Engine & ETS Off lights are on) and the lady said the problem is my Oxygen Sensor. Well, lately since those lights came on, my AC has been throwing out warm air, and whenever I get out my hands smell like Freon or something, not sure..but it's coming from the vents. Could these problems be related? Or are they different?

also, I just bought this car two weeks ago from a dealer (I'm paying payments) would he be responsible for paying and fixing these problems or would I? About how much should it cost? How long? Thank you

I have been looking at new bass boats and it seems that the aluminum ones tend to be less expensive than the fiberglass ones.

For example, a 16 foot aluminum Bass Tracker with a 50 hp 2-stroke mercury was about $13K. While a 16 foot nitro with a 90 hp 2-stroke mercury was about 19K. I have heard that aluminum is lighter and so the HP on the motors can be lower while still giving enough power to get though the water.

What do you think are the advantages/disadvatages of aluminum vs fiberglass for bass boats?
