I have a 1974 International Scout. How hard would it be to fit a 96 Ford Ranger body on it?

Ouch.
That's a classic now.
I would hate to do it myself.
How does the wheelbase measure up? And the width? I have a feeling that the Ranger is narrower.
If you want to do a lot of work, anything is possible.
Try these two sites for a lot of IH info:
http://oldihc.org/
http://www.binderbulletin.org/

I use the same name in both of those too.
