Diagnosing things properly the first time saves a lot of money and frustration. It sounds as if you might have a bad fuel leak inside the motor from the CPI. If you have replaced all of this stuff and it is all checking good still and there are no codes in the system, take the intake plenum off. What you are looking at should be an injector with six plastic pipes and a fuel pressure regulator. When you said you had lots of pressure, did the pressure leak down quickly? If it leaks down quickly and the plenum is off, you will see a pool of gas on one side or the other. Or if one side of the interior of the intake is clean and the other is filthy, the CPI is leaking. You have to replace the whole deal.

That engine has a bad problem with the fuel pressure regulators going bad. Its located under the upper intake manifold. What happens is that the regulator will start to leak fuel and flood the engine. Pull the upper plenum off. If the regulator is bad (leaking) you will see a puddle of fuel on the passengers side of the lower intake. If you don't see fuel, turn the key on to pressure up the fuel system. Watch for a leak at the regulator. The regulator is right in the center of the manifold attached to the fuel injector body. If it leaks, replace it. It can be purchased at any parts store. If that turns out to be the problem , you will need to do an oil change and a new set of spark plugs, both will be washed down with fuel.
By the way, fuel pressure should be 55 to 65 psi.
Hope that helps and good luck.

if this vehicle has central fuel injection, the pressure of the fuel needs to be right on the money, or you will get problems. check the spec for pressure, and make sure its up to spec
