I just replaced my clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. It's a stage 2 competition clutch and a 12 pound streetlite flywheel. Do I need to baby my car for a certain amount of miles or not? Some people say a 500 mile break in is required, while others say no break in is required. Which is it?

I have a new camry 2007 and i just recently installed some new rims and new tires. My car starts shaking whenever i go a little over 45. I did the balancing but didn't do the alliglement does that mean i should do it or could someting else be wrong with the car? Does a new 2007 require an alignment?

My sister a car accident...with her 5mth in the back seat . her air bags were deployed and the car could not be driven away . They were both taken to the hospital(babies fine mommy is very sore with whip lash and burns from the air bag). What sould be done with the car seat even thow there is no visiable damage to it . I need some good answers to this.

How much should a basic brake job cost for a '97 Chevy Monte Carlo? We've been quoted around $180. total for brake pads and resurfaceing the roaters. Is that a fair price? What is the best place to go to get them done (as far as price and reputation).

i lost the bearings on the expressway. the place i took it to said they cant find the right size seal which sounds strange to me. the bearings are packed and its ready to go except for the seals. its 140 miles away and i need to get it home so i can find the right seals. its a heritage trailer and they said they never heard of it.

This car stays cool when it is running around, but stop and go traffic, yikes the temp gauge just keeps climbing. Would adding an electric fan and mounting it on the ouside of the radiator in combination of the existing fan function the way I would like? I plan on adding an additional switch to turn it on when needed.

I have gone by dealerships and seen colors on cars that arent shown as an option for purchase from the companys web site. How do you get a custom paint job from the manufacturer? Is that even possible? For example, I want a hot pink xterra. Would I have to go to a custom paint place, or can I request it form the manufacturer? How much do you think it would cost to paint one hot pink??

Hi, the ac on my car is not working. We got it fixed (filled or whatever) about 3 weeks to a month ago, and they said it seems to be holding pressure fine. But now there's no cold air again. What is the least expensive, yet reliable vehicle to purchase for my family of 6? I would love to get the zero % financing that I've seen available on certain makes / models. I am only interested in a new vehicle. It seems to me that the minivans are the lowest priced for the most seating, but the gas mileage isn't much better than the SUVs which we now have and the gas is crazy!!! What is my best financial move - I MUST purchase a car within the next few weeks. Thank you.
