depending upon the year of build, they can sometimes print what came with the vehicle (2001 or newer) but usually it's a beg to the parts manager so he will do the favor for you.

OTher than that, you are basically out of luck as Ford stores the numbers of certain items when it's built for about 10-15 years and scraps it after that for server room

Go to a Ford dealer and ask them for a build sheet. They should be able to run this from the VIN with no problem. Should be free, guess it depends on the dealership.

The dealer don't have build sheets they have inventory sheets on how many and what color no other options, hope this helps.
