You can buy a radiator stop leak at any local auto parts store or even at Wal-Mart but before you add the stop leak you have to drain the radiator of the antifreeze and then add the stop leak and put new antifreeze back in the radiator. After doing this repair be sure to let your car run for about a half hour to see if in repaired the leak. These products are only temporary and usually only last 2,000 miles so after that take it to a garage and see what they can do.

There used to be Products called Barrs Leaks that stopped radiator leaks but whatever you try and I have in the past tried everything from eggs to porridge but eventually you will need the radiator repairing or exchanging.
Even if you manage to seal the leak one day, the next day it usually leaks again, The problem being that radiators expand and contract constantly and this movement starts the radiator leaking again

Auto parts stores usually sell some kind of chemical additive that's suppose to be able to stop leaks. If the leak is from the radiator and its large, then probably none of the chemicals additives will work. Bars Leak and Alum-A-Seal use to be on the market to do this. Best way to take care of this is to take the car to a radiator shop or if you're handy, pull out the radiator and bring it to the shop for repair.

best bet is to take in to a Radiator repair shop and have the problem fixed.
but as a temporary fix, there are all sorts of Radiator Stop Leak products on the market available at all auto parts stores and Walmart...

Almost anything you can add is only a temporary solution. If it's the rad itself that's leaking, replacement is the only surefire answer. Meantime, buy a can of 'Radseal' from motor shop.
