the junk yards I have called never seem to have anything for a Honda. Last time I needed a catalytic converter, and I happened to have found a website to by it for hundreds of dollars cheaper. But does anyone know of one for car body parts?

Dithmarschen, a combination oiler and supply vessel, was built by F. Schichau, Danzig, in 1938, for the German Navy. Taken over by British authorities at Bremerhaven when World War II ended, Dithmarschen was allocated to the United States Navy 15 January 1946 by the Inter-Allied Reparations Commission. She was placed in service 2 May 1946 as Dithmarschen (IX-301), with Captain A. W. Maddox, USNR, in charge. Departing Bremerhaven 8 May she arrived at Philadelphia Naval Shipyard 19 May for conversion to a naval vessel. The need for a one-stop oiler-replenishment type ship had been illustrated by the war in the Pacific, and Dithmarschen was used for experimental work in this field since she had been developed specifically for this type of duty. On 1 October her name was changed to Conecuh and she was redesignated AO-110, but lack of funds delayed her conversion and she was placed out of service 24 October.



Her classification was changed to AOR-110 on 4 September 1952 and she was converted to a replenishment fleet tanker. Conecuh was commissioned 16 February 1953, Commander M. B. Freeman in command. Following her shakedown in the Virginia Capes, she steamed to Greenock, Scotland to take part in NATO Operation "Mariner" (16 September-20 October). She sailed for a tour of duty with the 6th Fleet in the Mediterranean (5 March-28 May 1954), then underwent an extensive overhaul at Norfolk (30 June 1954-4 January 1955). She remained at Norfolk except for refueling units at sea, operations in the Caribbean, and off the Florida Keys (25 October-7 November 1955), until decommissioned and transferred to the Maritime Commission for retention in the Maritime Reserve Fleet 3 April 1956. She was stricken from the Navy List on 1 June 1960.

i have a 91' honda accord & everytime i hit the brakes when slowing down from a rapid rate of speed, my check engine light pops on. it has been doing this for almost a year i have a new battery & it still is on. i have put on new brakes on the front & it still is on. Someone please help with any good suggestions. It is really annoying. my dash board is lit up like a christmas tree.

I am planning on buying a 2001 Chrysler Sebring from a small, but luxury car dealer in the city. (Not too small, i'd say mid-sized that typically deal in Audi, Jaguars, and most of their inventory is over $30,000 though I know this does not mean much.

The car has around 50,000 miles.

I am planning on buying this Sebring from them for around $11,000. They offer a warranty that is through some cheap sounding warranty company "Preferred Warranties INC" or something, but it is expensive and I only have a maximum amount I can afford right now but REALLY Want this car and there arent any others like this around in inventories.. (Sales tax is EXPENSIVE adding up to almost 1000+ here, and the car total would be about $14,500 or something after sales tax and warranty if I did get the warranty)

Do I REALLY Need the warranty, and if worst comes to worst down the road what is the most i'd be paying to fix the car? ($3000 for a new engine, $1600 for transmission?)

I took my CRV to the dealer today and the "Service Consultant" indicated that the only transmission oil to be use with the car would be Honda -only- I smile and I thought I would do the research. Any comments?

When I used to live in the northeast, I would fly Continental Airlines from Newark to Houston on the B767....and then onto Veracruz, Mexico on the Embraer 146 (great little jet that sucker is...).

Of all the Boeing aircraft I've flown on, the 767 seems to be the only one that does not utilize thrust reverse. I also noticed that on approach, thet are very bumpy low-speed flyers.

So it's really 2 questions:

1) Why no thrust reverse on the B767
2) Are they historically not so good low-speed flyers?

I know there some equipment at the market that will make your car like invisible for the speed camera to caught you... but its is illegal... so i heard from my friends that when you know there is speedtrap camera... dont brake... n just put your gear into Neutral (N)..

i haven't had alicense for about 15 years and i keep getting d.w.s. and they keep giving me more fines to pay so i'm never able to pay them in time and they suspened my license all over agian help is'nt there a place out there that could help me.i also have the child suport services have a hold on my license i do have a job but don't get payed much because i work for my rent and utilities. i don't know where to start . ido have my absrack from the dol. i have court soon and show that i'm at least tring to get it back. I signed a lease in jan 06, only had one late payment in that whole time and it wasn't late enough to report. How long untill they give me the option to opt out of this lease and into another one with a lower monthly, or am I stuck untill 2009? I want power windows darnit. lol

.........(im stilll learning and this is my first bike, and just got my license)After i make my complete stop and have fully downshifted to first and i start to take off again my bike stalls ar better off just turns off. not all the time but sometimes especially on an uphill street. what are a couple of the things the i may be doing wrong? since im able to accelerate well most of the time and go to 2 or third.yet, not always from a full stop . some help?
the bike im riding is a 600cc honda shadow.

My car was hit by another car in my apartment parking lot. She admited her fault and told she will pay all damage( apx. $3000). I got her address, phone #, drivers' # and plate #, but not insurance info.
I went to the police for reporting the accident because she didn't take any action. The police warned her to report, but she didn't. Therefore, they charged her for hit and run and started the investigation. She seems ignoring anything about the accidnet .
I am worry about what happen if she keeps ignoring the police. I'm wondering what the next process is. What can I do now?
