Thanks for the info on reseting the maintence reminder light
so if i do dissconnect the battery cables will it affect any thing else besides the clock of course , will it affect the obdoner.

I have an open single ticket from brockenhurst to macclesfield, but the day I want to travel there are no direct trains. Is this a problem? would I be able to change at any stop to catch a different train, as long as it leads to macclesfield? Virgin trains' website seems to suggest so, but I just want to make sure.

I was driving home from school and all of a sudden the car woudlnt' accelerate and started shaking eventually it shut off and wouldn't start, i did manage to start it once, and saw the engine shaking from side to side violently. We think its the fuel pump, what do you think?

Given the new road tax increases outlined in the Budget today, I'm half worried that my road tax might go up. My Elise has 'only' a Rover 1.8 engine in it and I get the same kinda mileage out of it as I do my 1.4 Clio, as far as I'm aware it's not a big polluter, anyone have any ideas what road tax band it would fall into?!

? My car is certainly totalled and I'll be getting an x-ray on my neck this afternoon. I don't want money that I'm not entitled to but I also don't want to get screwed. Since I'm not seriously injured will the settlement be limited to medical expenses and blue book on the car? Should I ask for something more just for the aggravation?
