I paid 10,000 dollars for my 2001 honda civic with 45,000 miles already on it around 7 months ago..I'm now starting to think I got ripped off...I've seen 2004 honda civics with like 15,000 miles on them for only like 14,000 dollars. Did I get ripped off or is that the normal asking price?

Is the gas I purchase at the rinky-dink corner store for $2.00 the same quality gas I purchase at the Shell, Chevron, etc????

I thought unleaded gas was government regulated.

Anyone know? And I'd also like some kind of experience or source included with your answer, thanks!

I mean i always hear people swearing those cars will get up to at least 200,000 miles before ever having the slightest problem...well if this is true, then why can't those companies offer a warranty that's like 15 year/200,000 miles? Just wondering...

Why dont they just add it to the cost of fuel, same thing in my opinion the more you use through milage and in efficient cars the more you pay, by charging per mile the way government is talking about will involve a developing a complicated and expensive system to track all the vehicles, or is it just that they want to be able to keep track of our wherabouts, and what speed we are doing??

My friend in Pheonix husband died and they have a 2006 Ridgeline that he used to drive with a clear title and about 8000 miles. They don't want to deal with placing ads in papers or online and taking calls and waiting to sell it. Is there someplace they can drive to today and sell it for cash? They live near Chandler. Should you get an estimate from a repair shop before filing your claim? My deductible is $500 for comprehensive (an animal ran into side of car doing 75 on freeway), but I just filed a uninsured motorist claim a month ago (on different vehicle) and the insurance co paid $2800.00 to fix. I'm worried about my rates going up and If the damage is less the deductible then obviously don't file the claim. However, the damage is probably more, but I'm really worried because of the previous claim which was not my fault, nor is the new accident. Do they take fault into consideration on deciding whether to up your rates????
