You can buy winter-formula washer fluid.
Or use isopropyl alcohol. I could not find a dilution chart, but I think that about 4-8 ounces per gallon of fluid would work.
(Pure IP alcohol freezes and melts at -127 F)

It says on the bottle that you should not add anything to the washer fluid. You can buy windshield washer fluid that is good for below zero temperatures.

They make windshield wier fliud with anti-freeze in it. Also, the smaller amount you have in your system, the more likely it is to freeze.

You can buy the one for cold weather use. Or you can add 10% alcohol i.e. plain old rubbing alcohol just do not use too much. As how much you use depend on how cold it will get. Are you talking below zero? or what?
