At sixty MPH it would take 35 minutes. However, you didn't say what kind of road. Two lane with a 35 mile per hour speed limit?
If it were me, to the north it would take under 25 minutes. To the south, there's more traffic and it would probably take 50 minutes. This is on US-95.

I have a very good technique if I drive on the freeway (USA). 1 mile equals 1 minute. 35 miles of driving time, 35 minutes. It is a good estimate provided you drive at 60 miles per hour, which nobody does on the freeway.

Depends on the speed limit. Figure it out. as distance divided by the rate (MPH) = the time in hours. If a fraction of an hour then take the decimal fraction times 60 to get minutes.
