I want rims that stick out two inches farther than stock rims. What would i look for in measurements?

The stock rims are on a 94 chevy 4x4. I am wanting to get new ones that stick out a couple of inches from the fenders. Stock rims are 16s.

The offset of the wheel ....where it bolts to the ride and where the edge of the rim sticks out the side of da car. _________ and then just go the the tire/wheel place and tellum what you want and you will get it .....new tires and new rims..........

Get some that have less back spacing than what yours originally has.
