I hope it will be soon. When I served on (two) Vulcan squadrons in the 60's, I and my colleagues just accepted those incredible machines as simply part of our lives. And then they were gone... But to hear again that rib rattling roar, and to see the 'Tin Triangle' rise almost vertically into the sky like a giant ray, would bring back some very nostalgic memories of those now far off days. I heard rumours that a benefactor was giving a substantial sum to help restore the aircraft. If true, that should help things along nicely.

All it takes is enthusiasm and a lot of money.
There's even talk about Air France restoring a Concorde to flying condition so anything is possible.
There's a Vulcan, a Comet, and a Concorde on display at the Scottish Museum of Flight just off the A1 near Haddington, East Lothian.
What a fly-past those three would make!

It would be nice. I'm sure you will feel the earth move for you once again if it does. Think there is another one which might fly too.

Don't know I'm in the United States. But it looks similar to a U.S. Stealth Fighter Jet.
