do I turn the pipe wrench clockwise or counterclockwise? Just asked and everyone said counterclockwise till a women said it made a difference if you are looking down or up at it, so which is right

Also It is plastic and stuck and bits of plastic are flaking off when I try to turn, if it is stuck, what will help loosen it? I don't want to break it. Thanks for answering both questions.

1966 mooney super 21 with leaky tanks... Trying to save money, know it is a crappy job... But need info on how to do it the best way.
Should I leak check first and patch leaks or should I strip and reseal? Can I do the work myself under AP supervision?

I just brought this car (see link) and i am looking for a good honest machanic to take on this beatiful car, all it needs is abit of tlc.

i need the car to be higher and put bump stoppers in, higher it as much as it can go without having to lose the 18" wheels as i love them just as much as car the both go 2gether

also some general body work and a new window washer bottle fitted as the one in car is cracked due to big wheels

have a look at the car, you can see what needs to be done and please someone take on this project i think you will really enjoy working on it.

I brought (pay for) a car that I brought a few months ago, I am beginning to feel, that I should have got a car a little cheaper. The payments I can manage, but I'd like to try and make ammends. Do I have any recourse, the car's worth 15K and it matures in 2012. The payments, if'd taken time and planned this better could have been better, can I get rid of this car somehow, and get something more economical. What's my options am I stuck with it now?

On my way to lunch the the top radiator hose popped off so I pull over place it back.I get down the road and it starts to rattle really loud.I pull over at the gas station and the top radiator hose popped off again.We changed the Thermostat and Its still doing it,also I have no heat when it does this,And at the store no rattle,but the more you push the gas the louder the rattle gets,and the check engine light is on.Please help

I agreed to buy a new Mazda for 1% over invoice. Now the car is in and the dealer showed me an invoice that includes not only the car and "transportation" charge (which I expected) but also a Regional Advertising Assessment of $278 and a "Warranty Retail Parts Recovery" fee of $77.

Are these valid invoice items? Is the dealer in fact charged for these, or does he recoup them on holdbacks? Is it reasonable and customary for the dealer to include these on an invoice sale like this?

The bus went to the side, and I guess it went over," she said. "When it was falling ... I was just glad when it hit the ground."

It struck the ground nose-first, about 30 feet below the I-565 overpass.

Two teenage girls died in the wreckage; a third died later at a hospital.

"They were falling on each other. People were screaming, yelling, crying," said Jefferson, 16, who suffered fractures to her left arm and cuts and bruises to her face.

More than 30 Lee High School students and the bus driver were taken to Huntsville Hospital, which became a hectic trauma center Monday with emergency physicians and staff called in to help as ambulances brought in the severely injured.

Five people, including the bus driver, had undergone surgery, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Police said the bus, taking students to classes at a downtown tech center, swerved on the overpass, plowed through a concrete barrier and plunged to the street below.

Police Chief Rex Reynolds said an orange Toyota Celica driven by another Lee High student apparently came close to or struck the bus, causing it to swerve. He declined to say whether charges would be filed.

Students on the bus, which was not equipped with seat belts, were screaming when rescue workers arrived. "They were thrown all over the bus," said Huntsville Fire Chief Dusty Underwood.

Some had to be extracted from the crumpled front of the bus, he said.

The police chief identified the high school students who died at the scene as Christina Collier, 18, and Nicole Ford, 17. A third, Tanesha Hill, 17, died at the hospital from her injuries, Huntsville Hospital CEO David Spillers said.

Some parents were called to the scene by wailing children on cell phones. Many were angered that police held them back or had no information. At the hospital, some collapsed in tears amid more confusion.

Hospital officials said the horror of the wreck was compounded by the inability of hospital staff to identify some of the more severely injured students who were unable to talk and had no identification on them.

The police chief said the driver and a passenger in the Celica went to a hospital following the crash, but he was not aware if they were treated for injuries. He said the driver was interviewed by police.

The bus driver was in critical condition, said Brooke Thorington, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Education.

"This is a heartbreaking tragedy," said Gov. Bob Riley in a statement in Montgomery.

The National Transportation Safety Board, which was to investigate the wreck, has said that school buses are designed to protect occupants without the use of seat belts. A new design uses strong, well-padded, high-backed seats, closely spaced together, the NTSB has said.

However, NTSB board member Debbie Hersman said at a news conference Monday night that the board last week added school bus safety to its list of most wanted transportation safety improvements. She said the board is recommending that new standards be devised to improve safety when buses are involved in rollover crashes.

The powere windows on my sentra are not working. I noticed the probblem yesterday. The funny thing is that my driver's side window is ok and fully functional. The passenger window and both rear wondows have stopped working. Any ideas? Can it be fuse related? I recently changed a blown fuse for my turning lights. Thank you.

Why doesn't anyone think of putting seats that are the same size as in a car....with seatbelts....to keep our kids safe? I do believe kids would wear the seatbelts out of habit. I know that's the first thing my kids do when they get in the car. They have seen the news about the bus crashes and also believe there should be seatbelts.
