Want to hire a car for 2 weeks, there are so many deals around but the insurance excess is too high. Does anyone know of a good company with a lower excess than 500 pounds?

I'm driving a Hyundai Excel 1500cc at the moment, and if I'm not mistaken, it should be sth about 66-70kW..

Is there any way to tune it up for a bit so that it gives a greater power on the road? And if so, how much would it cost generally in Melbourne Victoria?

I juz had a set of new headlights (well parking light actually) installed on my car which is kinda blue in color..

Would i possibly being pulled over by cops on the road saying they r illegal? If so what would normally happen?

It has been lowered by 30mm i think, it still has standard arches on it, I don't know what size alloy will be best to put on I would like to get some 16" wheels, but I don't what offset I need the wheels and so on.

CL 3.0L After the car is warm it shifts normal. What is causing this and will my tranny get worse? Car has 246 k's and I had tranny flush and fill 4000kms ago. Almost like a slipping Clutch affect. Thanks in advance

I'n my case, My 2004 Tacoma Pre-Runner,bought new, 18,000 miles. I over-heard a fast-talking service tech telling a woman that 9000 miles could be normal, even on her brand new vehicle. Then they want $200 to fix them. And that is after they charged me $60 to "inspect and Adjust" the brakes. Besides the E-Brake, are there any "adjustments? Isn't this fraud?
